Free shipping
Cost: Free standard shipping with every order valued over $70 or calculated at checkout by Australia post for standard shipping for orders valued under $70 (free standard shipping is within Australia only)
Delivery time: Australian standard shipping is estimated up to 3 working days for dispatch, 2 to 6 working days (rural or remote areas: 3 to 17 working days, depending on location) for transit.
Express shipping
Cost: Calculated at checkout by Australia Post.
Delivery time: Australian express shipping is estimated up to 2 working days for dispatch, 1 to 2 working days for transit to metropolitan areas or up to 7 working days for rural or remote areas, depending on location.
International shipping
Cost: Calculated at checkout by Australia Post.
Delivery time: Dependent on location
Where you are not based in Australia, you will be responsible for any taxes, fees or charges on import to your country.
Exchanges for wrong sizing
We offer exchanges (subject to stock availability) of products or store credit where your item ordered is the wrong size, where we determine (at our absolute discretion):
- you have provided the proof of purchase and you purchased the products within 30 days prior to the request for an exchange or store credit;
- the products are in their original condition and have not been used, worn, damaged, tampered with, washed or altered;
- the products are in their original undamaged packaging with all product tags still intact;
- the products are not sale items, custom-made, special buy products or gift vouchers; and
- an exchanges form has been completed.
We will not cover the costs of delivery or re-delivery for a wrong sizing return. You must cover these yourself.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind.
You may have rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see below).
Australian Consumer Law (including faulty or defective products)
In Australia, our goods come with guarantees which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Where you return products to us to seek an Australian Consumer Law remedy, you will need to cover any associated costs (for example delivery costs) of you returning the products to us.
Where your claim is a valid claim under the Australian Consumer Law, we will refund your return delivery costs and, depending on the failure, either dispatch a new or repaired replacement product or refund you the price of the relevant product.
